Investment come in three forms :
- Paper Securities (stocks, options, forex, bonds and other derivatives)
- Tangible Objects, such as gold and real estate
- Business, such as franchises and companies
Paper Securiteis :
a) Bonds : when a government agency or private corporation need to raise money, it offers or issues a bond. An investor need not worry about fluctuations in interest rate.
b) Options :

- Leverage
- Liquid
- Inflation avoiding
c) Forex / Index / Commodition :
- Forex : American term
- Stock Index (IDX) : such as Nikkei (225 stocks), Kospi (200 south korean stocks), Hangseng (33 Hongkong Stocks).
Profit : small capital, high leverage, up and down opportunity --> bullish market & bearish market, money management stop, no time management contribution necessary, high liquidity, low cost (no tax), high volatility
